Birth Memory Bear – Personalized Plush Toy with Baby's First Clothes

They grow up so fast... Don't let their first outfits sleep at the bottom of a box. The Birth Memory Bear brings back to life the pajamas and bodysuits that welcomed your baby upon arrival, turning them into a unique companion that you will keep for a lifetime.

It's the ultimate birth (or birthday) gift. At the Myloa by Audrey workshop, I transform your child's outgrown clothes into a collectible plush toy. It's a poetic way to recycle memories and create a decorative item filled with history for their room.

A Puzzle of Memories

Each bear is a true piece of textile craftsmanship, made up of 25 hand-assembled pieces. This complexity allows me to combine up to 25 different garments to create a rich patchwork of memories.
Note: A minimum of 12 garments is recommended to vary the patterns. If the clothes are newborn size, feel free to include more.

"Birth Weight" Option (Weighting): For a complete immersion in your memories, I offer to weight your bear to match the exact weight of your baby at birth. Holding it in your arms, you will rediscover that unique feeling of the first moments.

Safety and Care Instructions

Because safety is my priority, I invite you to carefully read these points regarding your Birth Memory Bear:

1. A decorative item, not a toy This bear is a handcrafted collectible and a decorative object. Unlike industrial plush toys, it is made from personal fabrics (used clothing) that do not have the same durability as certified new fabric. It does not meet CE standards and is therefore not intended for play.

• Do not leave in the hands of a child under 3 years old without supervision.
• Do not leave in the crib or bed during baby's sleep.

2. Specificity of the "Weighting" option If you have chosen the birth weight weighting option, the bear becomes a heavy object.

• The weighting is secured in a pouch inserted inside the stuffing to prevent any dispersion.
• However, due to its weight, a fall or rough handling could weaken the seams of the clothing. Regularly check the overall condition of your bear.
• In case of tearing of the outer fabric, immediately remove the item from children's reach.

3. Care for your memory To preserve the fibers of the original garments and the structure of the bear:

• Washing: Surface cleaning only with a damp cloth and mild soap.
• Washing machine / Dryer: Strongly discouraged.

Features & Details

• Dimensions: Approximately 30 cm sitting.
• Personalization: Embroidery of the name and date of birth on the body; weight and height on the paws.
• Materials: Your clothes (cotton, velvet, jersey) and with stuffing made from recycled textile fibers.
  

How does it work?

1. Order: Choose your embroidery and/or weighting options.
2. Shipping: You will receive an email within 48 business hours with a pre-filled shipping slip to send me your baby's (clean) clothes.
3. Creation: I create your bear by harmoniously combining the fabrics.
4. Delivery: Your memory arrives at your home in a carefully packaged box, ready to be cuddled!

Management of scraps: Unless you request otherwise, small unused fabric scraps are not returned, but I can include them in the package upon request.
